Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes the ways Oxigen collects, stores, uses, shares and protects your personal information ("personal Information" refers to information such as name, account information, addresses that can be used to identify you; we do not consider personal information to include information that has been anonymized so that it does not identify you). You should read this Privacy Policy in full. You accept this policy when you sign up for or use our products, services or any other features, technologies or functionalities offered by us on our website or through any other means (together, the “Service” or “Services”). We may amend this policy at any time by posting a revised version on our website, which will be effective at the time of posting. If we make substantive revisions to this Privacy Policy, we will provide you with 7 days prior notice by posting notice of the change on the "Privacy Policy" link on our website.

We are committed to protecting our customers' privacy and security.

“Service Providers” collectively include, third party marketing and analytics partners, suppliers, third party vendors and business partners.

When you access our website, we, or companies we hire to track how our website is used, may place small data files called "cookies" on your computer. A cookie is a small data file that is placed on your computer to remember your preferences when you return to the website. You are free to decline these cookies if your browser permits, but doing so may interfere with your use of the Services. The information we store in the cookie may include your email address in addition to non-personally identifiable information. We and our Service Providers also use cookies to customize the Services, content and advertising; measure promotional effectiveness, and promote trust and safety.

We may send a "session cookie" to your computer when you log in to your account or otherwise use the Services. This type of cookie helps us to recognize you if you visit multiple pages on our site during the same session, so that we do not need to ask you for your password on each page. Once you log out or close your browser, this cookie expires and no longer has any effect.

We may also use longer-lasting cookies for other purposes such as to display your e-mail address on our sign-in form, so that you don't need to retype the e-mail address each time you log in to your account.

We may encode our cookies so that only we can interpret the information stored in them. We may also collect information about your computer or other access device to mitigate risk and for fraud prevention purposes.

You may encounter cookies from third parties when using the Services on websites that we do not control (for example, if you view a web page created by a third party or use an application developed by a third party, there may be a cookie placed by that web page or application.)

We currently do not recognize "do-not-track" signals from your browser. We engage third parties, such as marketing or analytics partners, who may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our websites.

Our Service Providers may use both session ID and cookies to enhance our websites. The use of cookies by our Service Providers is not covered by this Privacy Policy. You are free to decline these cookies if your browser permits. We do not have access or control over these cookies. Our third party partners may employ clear gifs, images, and scripts that help them better manage content on our site. We may use analytic tools in order to develop and analyze use of the Service. Analytics companies may access anonymous data (such as your identifier for advertising or device ID) to help us understand how the Service is used. They use this data solely on our behalf. They do not share it except in aggregate form; no data is shared as to any individual user. From time to time, we may also tie cookies, clear gifs, images and scripts to personally identifiable information for reasons such as analysis, security, content generation or marketing.

We store and process your personal information on our computers in the U.S., India and elsewhere in the world where Oxigen facilities are located, and we protect it by maintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in compliance with applicable federal and state regulations. We use computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption, we enforce physical access controls to our buildings and files, and we authorize access to personal information only for those employees who require it to fulfill their job responsibilities.

While no website can guarantee security, we have implemented appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security procedures to help protect the personal information you provide to us. For example, only authorized employees are permitted to access personal information, and they may only do so for permitted business functions. In addition, we use encryption when transmitting your sensitive personal information between your system and ours, and we employ firewalls and intrusion detection systems to help prevent unauthorized persons from gaining access to your information.
